Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Oklahoma City, OK)

Summit Property Management Partners is a Oklahoma City property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep stock linked to rent collection at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent collection. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
