Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Pike Markets is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to store inventory at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support store inventory. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
