Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Memphis, TN)

Cedar Pine Construction is a Memphis contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
