Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Keystone Farms and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
