Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Memphis, TN)

Bright Wilder Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Memphis, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
