Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Memphis, TN)

Harborlight Vale Markets is a Memphis retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
