Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Meridian Civic Services and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Keep stock linked to procurement at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support procurement. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
