Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Memphis, TN)

Northwind Pine Manufacturing is a Memphis manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
