Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Memphis, TN)

Clearpath Forge Civic Services works with county and city offices around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to procurement at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support procurement. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
