Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Memphis, TN)

Ironwood Sable Early Learning runs childcare centres in Memphis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
