Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Louisville, KY)

Highbridge Timber Pharma is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
