Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Las Vegas, NV)

Highbridge Vale Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
