Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Knoxville, TN)

Stonegate Rook Press Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to paper stock at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support paper stock. • Experience with an ERP system.
