Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Kansas City, MO)

Clearpath Corner Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
