Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Kansas City, MO)

Silverline Junction Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
