Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Umber Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
