Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Kansas City, MO)

Rivermark Birch Civic Services works with county and city offices around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to case files at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
