Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Jacksonville, FL)

Cedar Kestrel Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
