Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Jacksonville, FL)

Fernwood Drift Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Jacksonville area. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
