Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Jacksonville, FL)

Clearpath Kestrel Manufacturing is a Jacksonville manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
