Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Jackson, MS)

Greenridge River Property Management looks after rental homes across the Jackson area. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to lease renewals at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease renewals. • Experience with an ERP system.
