Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Jackson, MS)

Ironwood Oak Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Jackson, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep stock linked to housekeeping schedules at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
