Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Jackson, MS)

Amberfield Summit Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Jackson producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
