Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Jackson, MS)

Bright Ivory Health Partners is a healthcare provider in Jackson with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
