Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Jackson, MS)

Clearpath Basin Facilities looks after properties across the Jackson region. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Keep stock linked to supply orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supply orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
