Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Houston, TX)

Rivermark Cedar Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Houston area, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 510 people based in Houston. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
