Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Orchard Freight Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. We reward reliability. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to loads and lanes at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
