Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Honolulu, HI)

Ironwood Maple Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Honolulu, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 355 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to rent assistance at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent assistance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
