Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ridge Early Learning and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to tuition and subsidies at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support tuition and subsidies.
