Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Grand Rapids, MI)

Bluepeak Mill Hospitality is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
