Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Beacon Markets Partners and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
