Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Fort Worth, TX)

Silverline Lantern Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 710 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
