Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark Mill Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
