Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Fort Worth, TX)

Westbrook Fern Civic Services supports public agencies in Fort Worth with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 325 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Keep stock linked to case files at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support case files. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
