Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Fort Worth, TX)

Northwind Corner Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to change orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support change orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
