Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Fort Worth, TX)

Redstone Timber Auto Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
