Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Loom Auto Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
