Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Denver, CO)

Foxglove Field Housing is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to repair requests at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support repair requests. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
