Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Dallas, TX)

Redstone Meridian Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Dallas, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. • Experience with an ERP system.
