Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Willow Pharma Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
