Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Columbus, OH)

Redstone Quill Freight is a Columbus logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to loads and lanes at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support loads and lanes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
