Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Columbus, OH)

Lumen Vista Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Columbus. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 989 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Keep stock linked to repair requests at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support repair requests. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
