Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Cleveland, OH)

Silverline Maple Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Cleveland plant. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
