Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Cleveland, OH)

Nova Linden Civic Services is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to constituent requests at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support constituent requests. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
