Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Cleveland, OH)

Harborlight Wilder Pharma is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 517 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
