Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Quarry Hospitality and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 800 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
