Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Cleveland, OH)

Westbrook Thistle Construction is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to materials orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
