Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Cincinnati, OH)

Bright Mill Foods is a Cincinnati food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 883 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep stock linked to customer specifications at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer specifications. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
