Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Chicago, IL)

Westbrook Cobalt Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Chicago, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to licensing records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
