Nova Thistle Property Management is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to rent collection at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
